This policy explains how Tabali collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the website or the app, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Data we collect

  • Contact details you send through the contact form: name, mobile number, optional email, inquiry type, city and your message.
  • Account data: the mobile number you sign in with by one-time code, plus your name, email and preferred language.
  • Booking data: the warehouse, dates, number of pallets, goods description, bank transfer receipts and check-in and check-out photos.
  • Warehouse owner data: business details, official documents and bank account details for payouts.
  • Limited technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type and security logs.

How we use data

  • To answer inquiries and contact you about the service.
  • To create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
  • To carry out bookings, verify payments, and issue receipts and check-in codes.
  • To review warehouses and their owners' documents before approval.
  • To send notifications and text messages about your account and bookings.
  • To comply with applicable law and prevent misuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what a booking needs between the renter and the warehouse owner, with service providers we rely on to operate (such as SMS and hosting) under data-protection agreements, or when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Detailed retention periods will be set before launch.

We use technical and organisational controls to protect data, including encrypted connections, encryption of bank account details, and restricted access.

Your rights

  • Access your data and receive a copy.
  • Correct or update your data from your account page.
  • Ask for your account to be deleted from your account page, subject to data the law requires us to keep.
  • Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed to sign you in, protect your session and remember your language. We do not use advertising trackers.
